What You'll Do
- Welcome visitors, manage guest access, and serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, and office logistics for employees and guests.
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments across the organization.
- Assist with scheduling, planning, and execution of meetings, events, and conferences.
- Maintain organized administrative documentation, office procedures, and records.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support office operations and resolve administrative requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes and operational efficiency.
- Build strong working relationships across the organization while maintaining professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Approximately 2–4 years of administrative, executive support, office coordination, or reception experience within a professional or corporate environment.
- Previous front desk or office coordination experience is highly preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, and the Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
- Experience coordinating calendars and virtual meetings is beneficial.
