$21.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant is a vital position at Long Hagan Huff-Harris that acts as the primary point of contact for clients and a cornerstone of the department. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The ideal candidate should have superior attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to see tasks through to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Long Hagan Huff-Harris is a growing Family Law, Trusts and Estates, and Business Law Firm located in Massachusetts, with offices in Boston and Duxbury. We value our people and seek individuals passionate about excellence and detail-oriented service to clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Answer and route incoming calls.
  2. Make outgoing calls to clients, vendors, and other parties.
  3. Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  4. Perform client intake calls and transcribe correspondence.
  5. Manage firm calendars and scheduling.
  6. Organize and manage email inboxes.
  7. Assist with drafting correspondence and sending letters.
  8. Manage and organize physical and electronic documents.
  9. Scan and upload documents to client portals or Google Drive.
  10. Assist with other duties as needed.
