  • Prepares, organizes, and maintains correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, records, and other documents.
  • Serves as a professional point of contact for staff, patients, vendors, and other internal and external contacts.
  • Assists with data entry, filing, document management, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinates office activities, manages supplies, and assists with day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Supports special projects, events, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive employee, patient, and organizational information.

The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize responsibilities, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Provides general administrative and clerical support to the Administration department and leadership team.Assists with calendar management, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing meeting materials.Prepares, organizes, and maintains correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, records, and other documents.Serves as a professional point of contact for staff, patients, vendors, and other internal and external contacts.Assists with data entry, filing, document management, and maintaining accurate records.Coordinates office activities, manages supplies, and assists with day-to-day administrative operations.Supports special projects, events, and other administrative tasks as assigned.Maintains confidentiality of sensitive employee, patient, and organizational information.PAY RANGE: $20–$24/hr (dependent upon experience and qualifications)EDUCATION:Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.EXPERIENCE:Preferred: 1–2 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience, preferably in a healthcare or professional office setting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, preferred.Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently or collaboratively with a team.
