This position provides essential support to the Dean for the Memphis College of Urban & Theological Studies ( MCUTS ), Program Coordinator, and Program Directors to ensure efficient operations with the organization. This position combines administrative responsibilities with communication tasks to create, manage, and distribute content that is clear, consistent, and aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.

Graduation from an accredited college or university with an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field and three (3) or more years of relevant experience. The successful candidate for this position must be highly organized with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills and able to handle multiple projects in a dynamic college environment, including the ability to prioritize assignments and effectively manage time with minimum supervision. The successful candidate must demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software applications, graphic design software, and social media platforms.
Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience in administrative and communications roles, especially in education organizations.
