Summary of Job Duties: Provide customer service and assistance to UAMS clinics, departments, co-workers, and others. Process deposits, payments, refunds, and other cash transactions. Analyze and resolve discrepancies. Reconcile cash drawer and change fund daily. Enter data into Workday and electronic files. Maintain documentation and records for audit and reconciliation. Distribute checks and gift cards. Answer calls. Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field OR
  • High School Diploma (GED) plus four years of administrative experience
