Job summary

The Research Foundation of The City University of New York (RFCUNY) invites applications for an Administrative Analyst to support the PHICOR/CATCH team at CUNY SPH. The role focuses on organizing spreadsheets, timesheets, budgets, reimbursements, and scheduling to enable efficient research operations.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with strong typing and accuracy; a bachelor’s degree is preferred and two years of related experience are required.

  • Put together and maintain different types of spreadsheets.
  • Handle the team’s timesheet processes.
  • Put together budgets and fill out forms related to the budgets.
  • Handle the reimbursement and purchasing processes.
  • Handle relevant calendars/scheduling.
  • Generate relevant reports.
  • Perform other related duties.

For over two decades, PHICOR has been developing systems, artificial intelligence (AI), and other computational approaches, methods, models, and tools to help decision makers better understand and address complex systems in health. PHICOR is the engine behind the Center for Advanced Technology and Communications in Health (CATCH), based at CUNY, which advances new technology and communication approaches to help decision-making at all levels in health and public health.PHICOR/CATCH is recruiting an Administrative Analyst to work with its founder and Executive Director, Dr. Bruce Y. Lee, MD, MBA, Professor of Health Policy and Management at CUNY SPH to help:1. Put together and maintain different types of spreadsheets.2. Handle the team’s timesheet processes.3.
