This position provides executive administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer in the execution of advanced secretarial and administrative duties. This position manages and oversees the facility’s Policy Stat program with IT, including reviewing and recommending changes to department heads. This position supervises the Telephone Operator and also supervises the overall operations of the Reception/Front Desk area to include scheduling and assigning all designated support staff to work their shifts as scheduled. This position will assess and facilitate a plan of action to ensure coverage at all times of the Reception area for patients, patients’ families, and visitors.
Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience: Four years performing secretarial work or clerical work involving typing duties.
