Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc., a family-owned leader in door, docking and security products, is seeking a Sales Support Representative in St. Louis, MO. You will provide administrative support and help enter sales orders.

You will process contracts and purchase orders, communicate with the Sales Team to ensure order accuracy, submit invoices, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced office. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of office experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of office experience preferred or equivalent
• Experience working with contracts is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills and software familiarity
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Position overview

• Provide administrative support
