ProHealth Care is seeking an administrative therapy specialist to greet patients and provide exceptional service at PHC locations. You will schedule, register, and enter patient data into the medical records system while supporting care delivery through scheduling, insurance verification, and front-desk duties.

As an administrative therapy specialist, you are responsible for greeting and providing exceptional customer service to the patients who receive therapy services at PHC locations. Responsible for the accurate scheduling, registering and entering data of patient information into the medical record system. Supports patient care delivery in the areas of scheduling, insurance verification, and support services. Ensure patients are fully ready to have successful interactions when they come in for a visit. Own provider schedule accuracy and, providing options, match patient needs to appointments.
