Position Summary

The Department of Urology is seeking a full‑time Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative and programmatic support for the Men’s Health Program. This position serves as a key resource for faculty, clinical staff, and program leadership, coordinating a variety of administrative activities that support patient care, program operations, education, outreach, and research initiatives.

Responsibilities include managing complex scheduling, coordinating meetings and events, processing requisitions and travel arrangements, preparing correspondence and reports, and supporting program communications. The position will also assist with the coordination of research and clinical initiatives within the Men’s Health Program, including supporting faculty projects, organizing program activities, facilitating interactions with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with the development and implementation of programmatic initiatives. The successful candidate will help ensure the efficient operation and continued growth of the Men’s Health Program through strong organization, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with clinical, research, and administrative teams.

Minimum Education And Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Management Preferences
  • Prior administrative experience in a healthcare, academic, or research environment.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
