Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with limited work performed from 7:30am-8:00am during exam proctoring required.
The College of Law is seeking an individual on a temporary basis to work between 35 and 40 hours per week through the end of the fall semester, with potential to extend into January 2027. This position will join the Faculty Support Services Team, working collaboratively to provide administrative assistance to faculty and related programs. Duties will include, but not limited to: composing correspondence, scheduling meetings in Outlook calendar, assisting with travel arrangements, coordinating activities, researching and/or compiling information, creating, editing, proofreading and formatting documents using Word, creating and editing slideshows in PowerPoint, and working with spreadsheets, data, and functions in Excel. Faculty Support Services also helps facilitate final exams, and the successful candidate can expect to assist faculty with proofreading, preparing exams for distribution, and proctoring exams. Qualified applicants must be highly attentive to detail, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat, and committed to providing excellent customer service. Position will be in-person with the potential to include some remote work. Duties will be performed mostly within regular business hours, Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
