We’re shaking things up in the trades industry, and we need an enthusiastic Administration/Sales Support team member to help us reach new heights.

If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves supporting others, and wants to be part of something bigger than just a job, we want to hear from you!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Support Our Sales Team: You’ll be the glue that holds things together, managing daily tasks like creating proposals, preparing reports, and making sure everything runs smoothly for our sales reps.
  • Build Relationships: You’ll keep clients feeling cared for and supported, responding to inquiries and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team.
  • Manage Data: You’ll keep our CRM up to date, track sales milestones, and help identify key trends to keep the sales team on track and ahead of the game.
  • Documentation Mastery: You’ll ensure contracts and job details are accurate, organized, and processed on time, keeping everything flowing seamlessly.
  • Help Us Stay on Track: You’ll assist in preparing regular sales reports, monitor KPIs, and help the team stay focused on goals.
  • Be the Go-To Expert: With your knowledge of our products and services, you’ll answer questions, provide support, and help sales reps wow clients with the right info at the right time.
  • Coordinate & Communicate: You’ll schedule meetings, follow-up calls, and demos, making sure everything is in place for the sales team to shine.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • Organized and Efficient: You love keeping everything in order—whether it’s managing schedules, tracking progress, or helping out the team with anything they need.
  • Customer-Centered: You’re all about people! Your professional communication style and eagerness to help make you a natural fit for a client-facing role.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), Google Suite, and other sales tools. You use tech to work smarter, not harder.
  • Detail-Oriented: You get that the little things matter—whether it’s double-checking a proposal or ensuring data accuracy.
  • Great Communicator: Whether in person, on the phone, or over email, you know how to communicate clearly and with a positive attitude that builds rapport with clients and teammates.
  • Team Spirit: You’re a true team player who’s excited to support colleagues and share in the collective success of the team.
  • Adaptable: You stay calm, cool, and collected in a fast-paced environment, adjusting easily to new challenges and changes.
  • Proactive: You don’t wait for things to happen—you anticipate what’s needed, stay one step ahead, and make things run smoothly before issues arise.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU:
  • All the Tools for Success: Company truck, phone, gear, and everything you need from day one to hit the ground running.
  • Competitive Pay + Bonuses: We value your hard work and your compensation will reflect your skills and contributions.
  • Health Insurance Reimbursement: Your well-being matters to us, and we’ll support you with health coverage to keep you feeling your best.
  • Paid Time Off: We know the importance of balance. Take the time you need to relax, recharge, and spend time with loved ones.
  • Room to Grow: As we expand, we’re dedicated to helping you grow in your career with opportunities for advancement and leadership roles.
