Ahtna, Inc. is seeking a temporary Administrative/PATH Program Receptionist for its Anchorage corporate office. This role will provide skills and training for candidates to advance within the Ahtna Family.

The receptionist will provide exceptional customer service, manage calls, and perform administrative support. Applicants must be Ahtna shareholders, possess a high school diploma or GED, and have experience in customer service. The pay rate is $22/hour, and the position is contingent upon a contract award.

Formación

• Six months’ experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Familiarity with MS Office software including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
• Welcome on-site visitors and assist them as needed.
• Maintain a neat and efficient reception area.
• Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail.
• Assist shareholders with necessary documentation.
