• Assist in creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases; typing memos and meeting notes.
• Distribute memos, meeting minutes, and presentations for staff.
• Managing visitors and providing them relevant information.
• Maintaining master copies of organizational policy and procedures manuals and keeping them up-to-date.
