• Willingness to learn and solve problems using data.
• Eligible to work in the United States; ITAR considerations apply.

Responsibilities

• Support development of connector and/or cable assembly manufacturing processes.
• Tool & process evaluation and qualification using statistical analysis tools.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolution.
• Process documentation.
• Operate advanced measurement equipment including universal testing machines and digital microscopes.
• Support project documentation and facilitate communication across global teams.
