Under the direction of the Education Manager and the Director this individual will assist in the implementation of the educational & process improvement initiatives within the department This position will focus on coordination of both clinical development and implementation of HealthStream content. The incumbent may also provide project support to expansion projects within department as requested, project management tasks as assigned. Must be a high performer with well-developed communication and organizational skills who can work independently. In addition, this individual will provide support and coordinate the ongoing expansion of the departmental simulation program and other educational initiatives as needed.Job Summary
