Salary Range: $30,000.00 To $40,000.00 Annually
This position supports a contract currently pending award. Employment is contingent upon official government contract award.
Location: Recruitment will be limited to approved geographic areas. This ensures compliance with applicable wage determinations (WDs) and prevents exceeding bill rates due to local labor costs.
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience, education, and certifications.
To be considered, candidates must have:
Minimum 2 years relevant administrative/clerical experience.
Demonstrated computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Associate degree from an accredited institution.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Provide administrative and clerical support to Contract Specialists in one or more phases of the procurement lifecycle, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant task execution.
Process and route incoming procurement transactions for assignment.
Assist with acquisition planning by preparing and organizing required documentation.
Support preparation of acquisition documents for review and approval.
Help with proposal evaluation by ensuring accuracy and completeness of materials.
Provide administrative support during contract administration , including file maintenance and correspondence.
Assist with contract close‑out activities in compliance with federal retention policies.
