The Administrative Assistant Health & Public Safety supports faculty, staff, and students by coordinating classroom logistics, scheduling, student services, and compliance tasks. Responsibilities include preparing materials, maintaining records, supporting hiring and payroll, and managing communications and data reporting. The role ensures smooth operations across meetings, travel, and special projects while upholding confidentiality and regulatory standards.
This position will be located in the Sparta Public Safety & Training Center.
This position reports to: Fire Coordinator
Starting annual/hourly salary range based on education and experience: $22.28 - $28.54
