Job Title: Property Management Office Assistant & Leasing/Showing Agent

Job Summary:
Sellitti Properties, a family-owned property management company, is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated Office Assistant and Leasing/Showing Agent. This role includes administrative, bookkeeping, and field duties. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize mail (PO box and office drop box)
- Post rent checks in Buildium and maintain daily deposit logs
- Pay bills, track check numbers, and file documentation
- Perform basic accounting tasks
- Respond to emails, tenant complaints & requests, Buildium messages, and application inquiries
- Schedule and conduct showings for rental units
- Advertise weekly vacancies on social media
- Prepare and deliver bank deposits
- Manage lease renewals and follow up on unpaid rent
- Apply late fees after the 6th of the month
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, tenants, and maintenance
- Perform first-of-month tasks (transfers, loan payments, lease reports)
- Run errands as needed (e.g., keys, signage, measurements, office supplies)
- Generate weekly owner reports and liaise with the accountant for quarterly reviews
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fast learner with ability to adapt to new systems (Buildium & Excel experience is a plus)
- Professional appearance and polite, friendly demeanor
- Reliable transportation and a cell phone
- Property management or office experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Occasional evening and weekend showings or appointments may be required
