Are you passionate about aviation? Do you have an airline or aerospace background and a talent for explaining complex topics in an engaging way? Mentour Now, a leading YouTube channel dedicated to aviation enthusiasts, is looking for a new host to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Record yourself explaining aviation topics with enthusiasm and clarity for a mature audience.
• Collaborate with our current host and production team to brainstorm, script, and ensure smooth on-screen presentation.
• Operate basic filming equipment, ensuring high-quality recordings with proper lighting, sound, and camera angles.

Minimum Requirements

• An aviation background (pilot, flight instructor, air traffic controller, flight engineer). Educators in aerospace are also welcome if they understand piloting and operations.
• A passion for aviation and a desire to share knowledge.
• Ability to explain aviation topics engagingly and understandably, avoiding lecturing.
• Ability to connect with a mature audience and keep discussions lively and informative.
• Good rapport with team members and current host.
• On-screen appearance suitable for late 20s to mid 30s.
• No prior on-camera experience required, but comfort and confidence in front of a camera are essential.
• Optional: Existing social media presence.
• Availability to work freelance 2-3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Interest or experience in video production.
• Confidence in operating filming equipment and working on camera.
• Access to a suitable filming space.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team; training will be provided.
