Position: Part-Time Leasing Agent

Schedule: Saturdays, 10:00am to 4:00pm

Start Date: June 1, 2025

End Date: November 30, 2026

Hours Per Week: 6

Salary/Wage Range: Hourly $22.00 to $122.00 + $100 rental bonus per rental

Number of Positions: 1

Position Summary / Job Duties:

We are seeking a responsible and dependable Part-Time Leasing Agent for a quality 150-unit property featuring studios, one, and two-bedroom apartments in a great westside location. The position requires working on Saturdays from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Responsibilities include showing units within our five buildings and assisting prospective tenants. Must have a car and dress in business casual attire. Training will be provided; marketing experience is preferred. This is not a seasonal position and we are looking to hire soon.
