Job Description
BAE Systems is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the manufacturing team by providing professional, customer-focused support to its directors and staff. This manufacturing team supports mulitple business areas within BAE Systems both in Austin and across the United States. On this team, you'll have the opportunity to work with individuals that build and test a wide variety of products used by all branches of the military.
In this role you will perform diversified administrative duties for the organization and the Manufacturing Director along with the Austin manufacturing site personnel. This role requires a high degree of problem solving, tact, initiative and judgment, as well as a thorough understanding of business practices and procedures. Ability to coordinate and handle a wide variety of priorities and schedules while confidentially handling personnel data is required.
This position reports to the Manufacturing Director.
