Under general supervision, the Administrative Assistant performs a wide range of office administration duties for assigned functions for two program areas. Duties may be complex in nature and may involve access to confidential information.
May research, investigate and resolve program data or issues.
Draft documentation, reports and presentations.
Represent program, provides information and assistance to internal and external customers.
Provide program, administrative, and technical assistance and interpretation.
Research and resolve detailed program issues/questions and prepares documents.
Provide program, administrative, and technical assistance to customers and staff.
Research and resolve program issues and questions.
Support routine administrative functions for the office, such as travel expenses, car rentals, purchasing, inventory and property control.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university AND One year of related experience OR Three years of related experience.
