Job summary

ADM Middle School in Adel, IA is seeking dynamic, student-focused associates to support 7th and 8th grades by assisting teachers with individualized or small-group instruction.

The position runs roughly 7:30am-3:45pm Monday-Thursday and 7:30am-1:15pm on Friday. Responsibilities include reading with students, reinforcing material, and supervising during arrival, recess, and lunch.

Qualifications

• Assisting the teacher in devising special strategies for reinforcing material or skills based on an understanding of individual students, their needs, interests, and abilities
• Alerts the regular teacher to any problem or special information regarding an individual student
• Supervises students outside during arrival, recess, dismissal and may provide lunchroom supervision

ADM Middle School is looking for dynamic, passionate student-focused associates for the 7th & 8th grade levels. The staff at DeSoto Intermediate is incredibly caring and who work in a collaborative manner.

The approximate hours for this position are 7:30am-3:45pm M-TH and 7:30am-1:15pm Fri

Job Summary
