Express Employment Professionals in Everett, WA is seeking an experienced Adjuster / Maintenance Technician to support our fast-paced manufacturing operation. This hands-on role covers machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, quality monitoring, and routine maintenance to ensure efficient production and minimal downtime.

Starting pay is $28-$32 per hour with three shifts: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating, adjusting, setting up, or maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, printing, converting, or production environments preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve machine-related issues with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable performing both machine operation and maintenance duties.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, overtime, and additional hours as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds.

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for an experienced Adjuster / Maintenance Technician to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation in Everett, WA. This hands-on role is responsible for machine setup, equipment operation, troubleshooting, quality monitoring, and routine maintenance to ensure efficient production and minimal downtime.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, enjoys working directly with production equipment, and can effectively balance machine operation, adjustments, quality control, and maintenance responsibilities throughout the shift.

Starting pay is $28 - $32 per hour, depending on experience.

Available Shifts

This manufacturing facility operates three shifts:

• 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Employees will be assigned to a specific shift and serve as a primary machine support resource during that shift.

Essential Responsibilities
