Express Employment Professionals of Everett is seeking dependable candidates for a Tool Cleaning Associate role in Everett, WA. The position focuses on sorting, cleaning, organizing tooling and die storage areas to support manufacturing operations. After the special project, you may transfer to a Production position.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday training schedule. The project offers safety-focused, team-oriented work with growth potential and a long-term career path

• Sort, clean, and organize tooling, dies, and related equipment.
• Maintain and organize die storage lockers and work areas.
• Inspect tools and equipment for cleanliness and proper storage.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist with production support tasks as assigned.
• Transition into Production operations upon completion of the project.

Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring for a Tool Cleaning Associates for a leading manufacturing company in Everett, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing company and transition into a Production position after successfully completing a special project.

Location:

Everett, WA

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM during training. Candidates must be flexible to move to a rotating 12 hour day/night Production schedule after the project is completed.

Pay:

$22.00 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for a special Tool Cleaning project. This role focuses on sorting, cleaning, organizing, and maintaining tooling and die storage areas to support manufacturing operations. Candidates must be willing to transfer into a Production position once the project concludes.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort, clean, and organize tooling, dies, and related equipment
• Maintain and organize die storage lockers and work areas
• Inspect tools and equipment for cleanliness and proper storage
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist with production support tasks as assigned
• Transition into Production operations upon completion of the project

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when needed
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Willingness to work a rotating Production schedule after project completion

Requirements

• Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements
• Steel-toed boots required on the first day of work
