Express Employment Professionals in Everett, WA is seeking an experienced Adjuster / Maintenance Technician to support our fast-paced manufacturing operation. This hands-on role covers machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, quality monitoring, and routine maintenance to ensure efficient production and minimal downtime.

Starting pay is $28-$32 per hour with three shifts: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.

Qualifications

Previous experience operating, adjusting, setting up, or maintaining manufacturing equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in manufacturing, packaging, printing, converting, or production environments preferred.
Ability to diagnose and resolve machine-related issues with minimal supervision.
Comfortable performing both machine operation and maintenance duties.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work assigned shifts, overtime, and additional hours as needed.
Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Set up, adjust, and operate production machinery for assigned jobs.
Perform job changeovers and prepare equipment for production runs.
Monitor machine performance, product quality, and production output.
Make machine adjustments to ensure products meet quality and specification requirements.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and identify root causes of production interruptions.
Perform routine maintenance, equipment cleaning, and minor repairs.
Report maintenance concerns and assist with corrective actions to reduce downtime.
Read and follow production specifications and job requirements.
Complete production records, quality documentation, and required reports.
Follow all safety procedures and standard operating practices.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Collaborate with production team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
