Job Description SummarySaint Leo University is currently seeking terminally qualified candidates to be cleared and added to our adjunct availability pool to serve on dissertation committees for students in the ThD in Applied Theology program. Dissertation committees for theology have a director and two readers.Applications are processed upon the receipt of all official transcripts while the posting is active.Job DescriptionDuties and Tasks:Instructors will be considered for needs that arise in our master’s or doctoral programs in theology. Those hired will be considered for graduate teaching and graduate course development as needed.Typical job expectations are:Teach assigned courses as contracted.Provide all necessary information and teach materials as provided on the course syllabus.Submit final grades within three (3) days after the end of the term.Deliver in a professional manner course content for any assigned course(s) as specified by the master syllabus and/or as directed by the appropriate academic school dean, director, or chair.Meet all synchronous class meetings scheduled for the assigned period.Be available to students in online office hours.Cooperate in the dissemination of information to students.Abide by and uphold University policies and core values.Carry out instructor duties and responsibilities as provided on the website, handbook(s), and policies.Required/Minimum Qualification(s):A terminal degree in theology from a regionally accredited institution.Required DocumentsThe following documents are required for consideration.
