Qualifications

• Five or more years of K-12 classroom teaching experience preferred.
• Adjunct will teach a face-to-face 8:30 a.m.–9:50 a.m. Tuesday/Thursday course on the Hardin Valley Campus for Fall 2026.
• Master's degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Planning and teaching classes as assigned and as outlined in course descriptions.
• Supervising the study and learning activities of students assigned.
• Submitting requests for equipment, supplies, textbooks, and other instructional aids through the department head or lead teacher.
• Evaluating the academic progress of students.
• Demonstrating knowledge of services, regulations, and procedures as defined in the Adjunct Faculty Handbook.
• Submitting course grades and performing other administrative duties as required.
• Scheduling two office hours with accommodations for extenuating circumstances; office hours are not paid during summer.
