Job summary

Motlow State Community College is seeking qualified instructors for a pool position. You will provide high-quality instruction aligned with catalog descriptions and approved syllabi, and guide students in achieving academic and career goals across multiple campuses.

Qualifications

Master's degree in discipline or qualifying field earned from a regionally accredited institution by the application date.
18 graduate semester hours in discipline or a qualifying field earned from a regionally accredited college or university by the application date.

Responsibilities

Teach courses as assigned in accordance with the catalog description and approved syllabus; teach dual enrollment classes at area high schools; travel to multiple campuses as assigned.
Collaborate with faculty, department lead/program director, and academic leadership on curricular and programmatic issues and needs.
Support curricular and co-curricular activities within the college; stay current with developments in the teaching discipline; incorporate updates into course instruction.
