Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or PTA with a health-related bachelor’s degree required.
• One year of professional experience in Physical Therapy Assisting or related clinical practice required.
• Valid NC PT or PTA license in good standing.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide laboratory instruction and supervision to develop student clinical and technical skills.
• Conduct and participate in clinical site visits to evaluate student performance and ensure alignment with program outcomes.
• Prepare and teach assigned PTA courses per approved outlines and schedule.
• Represent the College professionally in interactions with students, partners, and the public.
• Maintain a learning environment that challenges, engages, and supports students for success.
• Ensure learning outcomes are delivered and assessed per syllabus and program objectives.
• Maintain instructional records for assigned courses.
