Qualifications

  • High school graduation with four years of related experience, or an associate degree with two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills with discretion and independent judgement.
  • Ability to create content, manage email campaigns, and coordinate social media activities.

Responsibilities

  • Event Support: schedule, reserve space, set up virtual meetings, manage registration, coordinate materials and catering, and provide day-of assistance.
  • Marketing/Communications/Outreach: develop strategies to raise program awareness, create social media content, draft campaigns and website copy, represent the team at events.
  • Program/Admin Support: provide meeting notes, manage team calendar, handle travel arrangements, and process purchases through university systems.
