Adjunct faculty positions provide quality, effective instruction in assigned courses on a part-time, temporary basis; deliver course content to undergraduate Business and Liberal Arts students, including lecture and tutorial instruction; oversee all assignments and grading and maintain accurate records of student work and attendance. One course is four hours of in-class instruction a week, for nine weeks.
This introductory physics course focuses on classical mechanics and its applications. Topics include vectors, kinematics, forces, motion, momentum, and energy. These concepts will be applied to practical scenarios to demonstrate their usefulness in the world around us, improve students' critical thinking, and provide a foundation of knowledgefor future studies.
