Qualifications

• PhD in a field related to the classes to be taught preferred; master's degree required.
• 0–2 years of instructional experience, preferably at a post-secondary institution.
• Experience in Medical/Surgical nursing and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Instruct and facilitate meaningful learning of course outcomes.
• Design and deliver instruction with instructional plans and activities.
• Utilize technology to enhance student learning.
• Maintain accurate records, submit grades, and enforce policies.
• Promote student success and engage diverse student populations.
• Collaborate with faculty to support curriculum and campus events.
