Job summary

Galen College of Nursing in Myrtle Beach seeks an Adjunct Nursing Faculty member to facilitate learning, assess student progress, and contribute to curriculum development. You will teach across classroom, lab, and clinical settings, aligning with PSLOs and program outcomes while ensuring regulatory compliance.

PRN adjunct role supporting bedside nursing work. Ideal candidates hold a BSN, active RN licensure, and at least two years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Active, current RN licensure in the applicable state.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and learner development using assessment strategies.
• Participate in curriculum development, implementation and evaluation.
• Evaluate student learning and program outcomes across classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal regulatory/accrediting rules.
• Design and implement program assessments for continuous quality improvement.
• Collaborate with faculty to promote professionalism and compassion in nursing practice.
