The role requires an MSN (BSN considered depending on campus), active RN licensure, and at least two years of clinical nursing experience. Travel to clinical sites and evening/weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Active, current, unencumbered RN license in the relevant state.
• Minimum two years of clinical RN experience.
• Master of Science in Nursing required; BSN-prepared may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and learner development using diverse strategies.
• Implement curriculum and assess student outcomes across settings (classroom, lab, clinical).
• Analyze assessment data to inform course improvements.
• Contribute to program assessments and continuous quality improvement.
• Engage in professional development to enhance faculty effectiveness.
