Galen College of Nursing invites applications for an Adjunct Nursing Faculty position. You will facilitate learning across classroom, lab, and clinical settings, assess student progress, and contribute to curriculum development and evaluation to support PSLOs and program outcomes.

The role requires an MSN, current RN licensure, and at least two years of clinical RN experience. Evening/weekend hours and travel to clinical sites may be required as part of the instructional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active, current, unencumbered RN licensure in the applicable state.
• MSN required; BSN prepared nurses may be considered depending on campus needs.
• Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience.
• Position may require evening or weekend hours and travel to clinical sites.

Responsabilités

• Facilitates learning and learner development using assessment and evaluation strategies.
• Participates in curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Evaluates student learning and program outcomes across classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
• Maintains program PSLOs and designs program assessments for continuous quality improvement.
• Engages in professional development to enhance faculty effectiveness.
• Upholds Galen’s mission and values in teaching and service.
• Adheres to regulatory and accreditation requirements applicable to nursing education.
