Job summary

The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking a clinical teaching assistant to support surgical technology students across on-site sites in Oswego. You will assist in supervising student performance in clinical sites and labs while upholding safety standards.

You will complete student clinical evaluations each semester and report findings to the Program Manager, helping ensure objectives are met and instructional quality is maintained.

Qualifications

• Degree in the teaching discipline or an equivalent combination of education and teaching competency.
• Experience with clinical teaching and evaluating student performance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist and monitor students' performance at clinical sites and labs to meet course/program objectives.
• Ensure safe practices for surgical technology students.
• Complete student clinical evaluations each semester and report performance to the Program Manager.

Education

Bachelor's degree in teaching discipline

Associate's degree with demonstrated competencies
