Lamar State College-Port Arthur is looking for an Adjunct Psychology Instructor to provide quality instruction across various settings, including day, evening, and online classes. This role involves participating in curriculum development and maintaining updated knowledge in the field.
The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in Psychology, with teaching experience preferred. This position offers full-time hours from Monday to Friday, with some evenings possible based on the class schedule.

The Adjunct Psychology Instructor has responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, classroom instruction and lab instruction. Assigned classes may occur during the day, evening, and/or online with varying teaching locations including on‑campus, dual enrollment, and Early College High School. This position reports to LSCPA’s General Education and Developmental Studies Department.
Work Hours: Full time hours, Monday – Friday, with possibility of some evenings, depending upon class schedule.
