Qualifications

• Master's degree required; PhD preferred; degree must be completed by start date.
• Minimum of 5 years professional construction management experience, including company-level operations or financial management.

Responsibilities

• Teach one 3-credit section of CFM 445: Construction Company Operations and Management (Winter 2027).
• Class taught in-person twice weekly (Mon/Wed; 2:00–3:15 PM).
• Provide office consultations and student mentoring.
• Prepare supplements to course materials.
• Evaluate student work.
• Administer exams.
• Adjuncts do not attend faculty meetings or expected to participate in research/citizenship duties.
