WEATHERFORD COLLEGE is seeking adjunct instructors to teach accounting courses. This role requires a Master's degree in Accounting or a related field, with at least five years of relevant experience. Instructors will facilitate learning across various teaching modalities including face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats.
Instructors are also responsible for creating an effective learning environment, utilizing instructional technology, and contributing to curriculum assessment. This position provides continuous recruitment opportunities based on departmental needs.

Weatherford College occasionally has openings for adjunct instructors. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply for this continuous recruitment adjunct faculty position within the department. An applicant will be added to a pool for consideration when a need arises during the academic year. When an opening occurs, the hiring manager will draw from the pool on an as‑needed basis.
Primary duties of adjunct faculty include teaching courses in the approved discipline, facilitating student acquisition of specific learning outcomes, and mentoring students inside and outside the classroom. The adjunct faculty member creates and maintains an effective learning environment in face‑to‑face, hybrid, online/Zoom, or dual‑credit instruction. Hours vary depending on need and may include day, evening, and weekend instruction. All faculty members are expected to maintain familiarity with and adhere to College policies and procedures.
