Your day-to-day***responsibilities***will vary, but are not limited to:

• Manage and supervise students in all assigned classroom and lab activities and clinicals to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.
• Provide clear course objectives and maintain open communication with students regarding content, requirements, and evaluation procedures.
• Develop, revise, and recommend curriculum enhancements to meet course objectives and improve student learning outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to WSU Tech Course Standards by employing effective teaching methods and reflecting current practices in health care.
• Create a supportive and engaging classroom atmosphere conducive to student success.

Requirements

Education:

• PN Technical Certificate required for LPN, Associates

degreerequiredor BSN for RN.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Experience in the health care field, particularly in short-term

health educationrequired.

• Previous teaching or training experience in adult

educationpreferred.

• Current certifications related to health care professions, such as

CPR, First Aid, or specific clinical skills, are an advantage.

• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing, with the

ability to engage and inspire students.

• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and willingness to

utilize hybrid teaching methods as needed.
