WSU Tech in Kansas is seeking a Nursing Faculty member to deliver classroom, laboratory, and clinical nursing courses, guiding students toward successful healthcare careers. This role emphasizes practical teaching and mentorship in a collaborative academic environment.

You will develop engaging learning experiences that connect theory to practice, mentor students, and maintain essential records while helping to develop and update curriculum to industry standards.

Qualifications

• At least two years of current nursing, nurse educator, nurse practitioner, or closely related experience.
• Active, unrestricted Kansas RN license maintained throughout employment.
• Must be able to obtain required clinical site health screenings, TB testing, immunizations, and CPR certification.
• Previous teaching, training, coaching, or mentoring experience is preferred—but not required.

The Nursing Faculty position plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional educational experience for students pursuing careers in healthcare. As a Nursing Faculty member, you'll inspire and prepare students for successful careers in healthcare by:

• ADN candidates may be considered for the Practical Nursing program with an approved degree completion plan upon hire.
