La Salle University is seeking part-time adjunct instructors to teach Principles of Sociology for the BUSCA program on our Philadelphia campus. Courses are taught in the evening, 6:15-9:00 PM, with emphasis on helping English Language Learners develop both content knowledge and language skills.
Responsibilities include lecturing, designing a syllabus, creating assessments, and using Canvas. Candidates should hold a Master’s degree and have experience with ELLs; PhD preferred.
This is a pooled position from which Adjunct Instructors will be selected when/if a need arises in the department.
