The University of Scranton’s Department Counseling and Human Services seeks a part-time Adjunct Faculty to teach Counseling courses as needed. Applicants should hold a Master’s or higher in Counseling or related fields; ABD or PhD preferred. Prior teaching experience and scheduling flexibility are desired.

The University of Scranton’s Department of Counseling and Human Services has an ongoing need for highly qualified part-time faculty to staff a variety of courses each semester in the fields of Counseling and Human Services. Adjunct faculty may instruct one or more courses each semester on an “as needed” basis.

Adjunct faculty are expected to teach a specified course(s); prepare course materials; provide support and guidance to students; and report grades.

Additional Skills Required

Master’s Degree in Counseling or related majors.

Preferred Education

ABD or PhD in Counseling or related majors.

Minimum Job Experience Requirements
