Ivy Tech Community College is seeking Adjunct Faculty to teach nursing courses on a per-semester basis in Indiana. Responsibilities include delivering lectures, preparing syllabi and assessments, and maintaining student records in alignment with FERPA and college policies.
Qualified candidates must be licensed in Indiana (RN or LPN) with at least one year of nursing experience. Completion of Train-the-Trainer or a Workplace Specialist License is required, with preferred CNA course teaching
Adjunct Faculty are hired each semester on an as-needed basis. Adjunct Faculty are responsible for creating a learning environment that assists students in reaching their goals; and for providing effective instruction and assessment within the framework of common syllabi provided.

All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), other applicable regulatory requirements, and professional standards.
Experience teaching CNA Course in a college setting.
Must have strong working knowledge of current technologies appropriate to area of instruction and meet faculty credentials as outlined in the ASOM 7.1 for the specific area(s) of instruction.
