Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of teaching experience in licensed childcare and/or pk-5 setting required; college teaching experience preferred.
• Successful completion of an MSDE/Office of Childcare-approved 'train the trainer' session preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver instruction in Child Care Provider/Preparation for Maryland Credentialing.
• Monitor student participation and performance, evaluate student work, provide timely feedback.
• Attend required training sessions, professional development, and departmental meetings.

Skills

Expert knowledge of Maryland childcare regulations

Proficient working with learning management systems

Proficient computer skills and Microsoft applications knowledge

Education
