Core4ce seeks a Personnel Security Clearance Specialist in Chesapeake, VA to support adjudicative processing and records management. The role involves assembling, digitizing, storing, retrieving, and controlling access to records, with direct interaction with SECCEN via phone and email.

The candidate will validate documents, perform fingerprint recording as needed, and ensure complete case file packages are ready for further adjudicative steps according to manuals.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• Background in Administrative support, file management and customer service.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Record and file management support for adjudicative processing (assembling, digitization, storing, retrieving, access control).
• Receiving, screening, validation and processing of documents and case files.
• Interact with SECCEN customers via telephone and email.
• Perform electronic fingerprint recording when required.
• Deliver complete and accurate case file packages for adjudicative processing per handbooks/guides.
• Assist in bid and proposal processes for Core4ce’s growth portfolio.
