Qualifications

• Background in administrative support, file management and customer service.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with government personnel.
• Active Secret Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide record and file management support for adjudicative processing.
• Receive, screen, validate and process documents and case files.
• Interact with SECCEN customers via phone and email correspondence.
• Perform electronic fingerprint recording when required as part of data validation for adjudicative processing.
• Deliver complete and accurate case file packages to the government for adjudication processing.
• Participate in bid and proposal processes for Core4ce’s strategic growth portfolio.
