Qualifications

• Must have HS Degree or GED.
• Must be able to lift 50 lb.
• Experience with lean principles such as 5S and root cause analysis.
• Basic computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing, blending, and packaging equipment used in adhesive manufacturing.
• Follow SOPs, batch sheets, and safety guidelines.
• Monitor production processes and adjust to maintain product quality.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and safety documentation.
• Support housekeeping, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
